Here at MJF Accountancy, we work with owner-managed businesses of all shapes and sizes. Whilst we recognise that no two businesses are the same, they all need an accountant.

Over the years, our expertise has grown in all sectors of the accounting world so as to benefit all of our clients.

To give you a flavour of our skill sets our clients include restaurants, health & safety consultancies, engineering firms, film/TV production companies, hair salons, florists, quantity surveyors, art galleries, physiotherapists and mobile app designers. The list goes on but one thing they all have in common is that they use our expert accountants to help with the financial requirements of their business.

Our unique packages are designed to give each businesses the tools necessary to automate as much of the financial transactions as possible so as to give businesses real time information.

Whilst we do look after a whole range of sectors, our specialist knowledge includes:

We can advise a new start-up on all of the financial implications, deadlines and tax rates there are but we can also advise on the non-financial aspects of starting your own business.

New start-ups have to consider all types of set up costs that you may have not been aware of. For instance, a new start up may need a website or insurance. It may also want to use social media to advertise its product or service. It may want to employ staff or subcontractors. We can help with all of these aspects of starting up a new business.

Limited Companies

Sometimes, it is more advantageous running your business through a Limited company. We can advise on all of the legal requirements as well as the reasons for choosing this method.

We can incorporate the business with Companies House and register it for any relevant taxes. We would then tailor the software to suit the business and provide you with all of the paper work needed to get the bank account open. We then offer training of the software so as to ensure you know what you are doing.

Whatever line of business you are in, our expert accountants are able to help.
